Award-winning executive chef and owner, Craig Cyr received his training from the Johnson County Culinary Arts Program. Craig's cuisine is a unique stylistic blend of traditional dishes with eclectic combinations of flavors. His fresh and natural presentations are a result of his emphasis on local, organic ingredients, many from his own farm and garden.   (Note: If you have any dietary restrictions or personal taste preferences, the chef is happy to oblige.) Want to celebrate an evening by letting the chef decide your meal? With enough advance notice the chef can cook a special menu just for you. Just let him know any dietary restrictions, and enjoy an evening of fabulous food & wine without even looking at a menu!
