Award-winning executive chef and owner, Craig Cyr received his training from the Johnson County Culinary Arts Program. Craig's cuisine is a unique stylistic blend of traditional dishes with eclectic combinations of flavors. His fresh and natural presentations are a result of his emphasis on local, organic ingredients, many from his own farm and garden.
